Law Society.
Through the activities of both organisations, the
public is protected in the delivery of legal services by
solicitors in England and Wales.
CONFLICT OF INTERESTS: our
clients' best interests are never compromised. If situations or
circumstances arise that conflict with our clients' interests,
we, jointly with our clients and guided by the Solicitor's
Practice Rules, will take the necessary steps that serve the best
interests of our clients.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE:
our clients can be assured that the firm's complaints handling
procedure is transparent and straightforward, empowering the
client to act jointly with the principal to resolve any
unforeseeable problems that may arise in on-going matters.
In
circumstances where we are unable to resolve matters, you can
seek resolution of the matter from the
Legal Ombudsman.
