REGULATION OF SOLICITORS: we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and represented by the Law Society. Through the activities of both organisations, the public is protected in the delivery of legal services by solicitors in England and Wales.

SECURITY OF OUR CLIENTS' ASSETS: for our clients' peace of mind, solicitors' practising firms are required by the Law Society to have professional Indemnity Insurance in place before providing any legal services to the public.

AVOIDANCE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST: our clients' best interests are never compromised. If situations or circumstances arise that conflict with our clients' interests, we, jointly with our clients and guided by the Solicitor's Practice Rules, will take the necessary steps that serve the best interests of our clients.

COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE: our clients can be assured that the firm's complaints handling procedure is transparent and straightforward, empowering the client to act jointly with the principal to resolve any unforeseeable problems that may arise in on-going matters. In circumstances where we are unable to resolve matters, you have the option of seeking assistance free of charge from the Legal Complaints Service (LCS), an independent and impartial body set up by the government to investigate and redress complaints by clients against their solicitors.
