PROBATE MEDIATION: independent and impartial mediation between disputing parties (beneficiaries, personal representatives etc.) to resolve their differences in private. Seeking to resolve matters by mediation is a practical and cost effective alternative to resorting to litigation which can be very expensive and time consuming.
DEEDS: deed of variation, declaration of trust deeds, change of name declaration etc.
OATHS: swearing of oaths and affidavits, attesting documents and related matters
